3. Service Description

3.1 Services Offered

We provide the following courier services:

• Same-day and express delivery

3.2 Service Availability

• Services available 24/7 for bookings
• Delivery times vary by location and service type
• We reserve the right to refuse service in certain areas
• Services may be suspended during emergencies or force majeure events

4. Customer Obligations

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide:

• Correct sender and recipient details
• Accurate addresses with landmarks
• Valid contact numbers
• Correct package weight and dimensions
• Honest declaration of contents

4.2 Prohibited Items

• Package items securely to prevent damage
• Use appropriate packaging materials
• Label packages clearly
• Ensure packages are sealed properly
• Follow special packaging requirements for fragile items

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Service Charges

• Prices based on weight, distance, and service type
• Volumetric weight applicable for large packages
• Additional charges for special services (insurance, COD, etc.)
• Prices subject to change without prior notice
• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Cash payments
• Credit/Debit cards
• UPI and digital wallets
• Net banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) - with applicable charges

5.3 Payment Terms

• Payment due at time of booking (unless credit facility approved)
• COD charges: 2% of order value (minimum ₹30)
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• No refund for voluntarily canceled services after pickup

6. Delivery Terms

6.1 Delivery Timeframes

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
• We make up to 3 delivery attempts
• Recipient must be available to receive shipment

6.2 Failed Delivery

If delivery fails after 3 attempts:

• Package will be returned to sender
• Return shipping charges applicable
• Storage fees: ₹20/day after 7 days
• Sender will be notified

6.3 Proof of Delivery

• Recipient signature required
• Photo proof of delivery may be taken
• Proof shared via email/SMS
• Delivery to authorized person acceptable

7. Liability and Insurance

We are NOT liable for:

• Damage due to improper packaging by sender
• Loss or damage to prohibited items
• Delays due to force majeure events
• Delays due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability
• Customs delays or confiscation
• Acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, wars
• Damage to inherently fragile items without insurance

7.3 Claims Process

• Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery/damage
• Photo evidence and documentation required
• Investigation completed within 7-14 business days
• Approved claims settled within 15 business days

8. Customer Account

8.1 Account Registration

• Registration required for online services
• You must be 18+ years old to register
• One account per person/business
• Accurate information must be provided

8.2 Account Security

• Keep your password confidential
• You are responsible for all activity on your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to password compromise

8.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activities
• Non-payment of dues
• Shipping prohibited items
• Abusive behavior towards staff

9. Cancellation and Refund

9.1 Cancellation Policy

• Before Pickup: 100% refund, no questions asked
• After Pickup (within 2 hours): 50% refund
• After Sorting: No refund

9.2 Refund Policy

Refunds processed for:

• Non-delivery due to our fault
• Lost or severely damaged packages
• Duplicate charges
• Service not rendered

Refund timeline: 5-7 business days to original payment method

10. Intellectual Property

• All website content, logos, and trademarks are our property
• You may not use our intellectual property without permission
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action
• User-generated content may be used by us for promotional purposes
